allow usage of 2fa

This great little app currently bypasses 2fa. It would be great to have a config entry that would allow an admin to enable the second factor for oidc-login aswell.

I am aware that keycloak does offer 2fa, bit i'd like to use the one nextclouds uses

The whole thing with OIDC is that it is supposed to delegate ALL authentication to an external party. Including 2FA. Guess complaining with upstream standards committees might be best...
