Arrow and popup position issue on language change

I am having an issue where when the language is changed (using vue-i18n) whilst the tour is in progress, the popup box resizes but keeps its current position and the arrow no longer points to the intended element (see images)

Any ideas how to update the placement of the popup when the text is changed and the popup resizes.
