[ISSUE]: Build 1917 with SMB results in infinite loading upon 2nd and more bootups
Checks
- [X] I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
- [X] I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version
Describe the issue
I have just tried 1917 OPL build and SMB seems to work fine, just as before
I see that game specific settings did most likely reset to default, I tried Black and it worked with freezes, but that's due to not disabling IGR, I restarted the console, booted OPL again and it was inifnitely loading.
The dotted circle is spinning in the bottom right corner infinitely.
I have force restarted the console again, started 1917 (FreeHDboot booting it from MC) but again, intro music, logo, the small 4 dots circle spins for a moment, stops and then the bottom right corner circle spins without an end.
Previously I was on:
OPNPS2LD-v1.2.0-Beta-1832-f087feb
and SMB worked great and OPL would boot everytime.
Console model
SCPH-30003R
OPL version / revision
OPNPS2LD-v1.2.0-Beta-1917-7d786b3
In which device(s) have you experienced this issue?
USB, SMB, HDD
Context and extra information
There's no problem with USB or HDD, but I do have BT USB and USB pendrive connected, aswell as SMB over ethernet.
SMB is hosted on Win11 PC, which is connected to router, then PS2 is connected to the same router.
Nothing changed on my network and on the SMB Host PC.
Interesting fact is that USB BT isn't detected anymore (but might need reinserting to make contact again). Also first run of 1917 worked fine, the game loaded as usual, but won't load anymore past the first OPL and game start, no matter how many cold reboots I did.
Using OPL Server on Windows 10 and PS2 FAT 39001 with original NA, on build 1917 it try to connect infnitely, it don't give a timeout error, if eth is set to auto it will cause a inifinte loop on splash screen on opl boot
On OPL 1.0 and some previous release it was working fine

I have just moved the 1917.ELF from MC into the internal PS2 HDD and now OPL 1917 works everytime without a problem!
That's interesting!
