[FR] - USB Disable

Describe the FR

I'd love to have the ability to have the below in OPL. Note tthat I would consider this a single request as they both work in tandem with each other.

-The ability to set the config file/folder for OPL, rather than just MC00\OPL or the similar. This would be handy as then I could run a earlier version of OPL with PopsStarter still working alongside OPL 1.2.0+ for MX4SIO. -The ability to DISABLE USB and only have MX4SIO working. This is due to the USB taking precedence. Alternatively having the ability to set MX4SIO as the priority over USB would be good also.

Describe the solution you'd like

-Perhaps a separate config file in root\OPL that allows you to specify the opl_config.conf file location. -Either the ability to disable USB (like disabling MX4SIO) and only having MX4SIO or, if MX4SIO is detected only it is shown or, that MX4SIO and USB can work together at the same time.

Describe alternatives you've considered

At the moment for this to work I have to have PS1 games on USB and PS2 on MX4SIO. If the USB is plugged in MX4SIO wont work so I have to remove the USB to play MX4SIO stored games and insert to play PS1.

I second this FR - having to unplug the USB that booted OPL from a Modbo in order for a MX4SIO to work is an inconvenience.

@rustiferch, @timville85, in OPL GD you can use MX4SIO + USB and even USB + USB.

Any idea what version introduced this?

@rustiferch, no, but I already wrote to the developers about it here.
