It would be good to make a note to users (especially those who run on cloud ISPs) to blacklist internal IPs so they don't get stopped by ISP.

maybe giving example with --p2p-blacklist 10.0.0.0/8,172.16.0.0/12,192.168.0.0/16,100.64.0.0/10,169.254.0.0/16
