Reducing interval to 1m showing no metrices

Steps to reproduce:

  1. run the stackdriver with the interval as 1m --monitoring.metrics-interval=5m
  2. Check the /metrics endpoint

I tried this with standalone and at Helm installed Exporter but go the same results at both the palces. On hitting the endpoint was just getting the Golang related and the exporter related metrices.
