Allow for larger icons, scrolling in tab group windows

Many times, I find it difficult to actually see what's in a tab group because the tabs are too small to make out any specifics. I'd like to see larger tabs, and instead of scaling the tab size to the tab group window, to just keep the same size but introduce a vertical or horizontal (configurable) scrollbar to allow to scroll among the tabs. I'd also like to be able to set this on a per-tab-group basis.

This for we might need a totally new view. The legacy addon had something similar.

Do you tried the new popup view since the latest update? It might solve your overview issue.

I imagine it would, yeah. I wonder if Javascript libraries exist for making a hardware-accelerated real-time thumbnails like "Present Windows" in KDE?

I've looked at the popup view--good work on that!! I'm very comfortable with Panorama View mode, personally.
