Making the Vagrant box available in AWS

Need below packages so that the AMI image can be put in AWS

  • cloud-init and cloud-utils-growpart

Did a scratch build with these package i.e. https://cbs.centos.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=13978

However the image is not booting in AWS (cc @kbsingh @whitel)

When I had raised the issue, I just wanted to enable users who use Vagrant with aws provider to use ADB without locally downloading the Vagrantbox.
