(Link)Relay shows RSS feeds two times on the other sides of relay

Seens to affect both, LinkRelay and Relay. The both announces normally on that side of relay where the RSS feed announcing has started, but on the other side it says: bot@network: New news from blah blah blaa bot@network: New news from blah blah blaa

And on that first side it only says Bot: New news from blah blah blaa

That's a problem. Obviously, RSS should send this message to both channels, but (Link)relay should relay everything the bot says.

Any idea?

No idea as 1) https://github.com/ProgVal/Supybot-plugins/issues/288 2) I don't use RSS plugin on any relayed channel.

@ProgVal I have now reproduced this. I have RSS sending NOTICEs and LinkRelay relaying them.
