Style Page Titles in breadcrumbs to match page status

Short description of the enhancement

I'd like to see the strikethrough (unpublished) and faded (hidden) styling of page titles in the page edit breadcrumbs.

Current vs. suggested behavior

Currently unpublished and hidden pages have their titles in normal font styling.

Why would the enhancement be useful to users?

Just a nice visual cue/reminder about the status of the parents of the page you are currently editing.
