May I suggest to add OnionShare, since it has a Website Mode to serve static websites since v2.2?
I don't think removing the cards and making the page more difficult to edit is a good idea. The images are also broken in the Netlify preview for me.
I could be wrong, but for me this format seems easier to edit. Much simpler to add features and change the description. Was your comment meant to keep it formatted the same as other pages?

OnionShare is indeed listed in this PR already as a file sharing service. Do you mean for it to be added to file hosting?
The images are also broken in the Netlify preview for me.
Appears that some of the images I added were SVGs and did not properly load. I have published new images and should be working soon.
