GH Actions: Integration tests workflow not working as expected

GH Actions integration tests workflow got stuck (consecutiveness failed to work as expected) and some jobs receive randomly a shutting down signal.

  • Removed instance power off from job completed hook.
  • Modified shutting down script*
  • is a script that powers off the instance when CPU load is low and no benches/tests running after a certain period of time (triggered by cron)
