Investigate compatibility / integration options with pyscript

Leveraging pyscript could possibly enable a fully browser-based solution (avoiding the need of a ipykernel backend in the case of FigureWidgetResampler of dash backend in the case of FigureResampler).

PS: this idea was suggested by @AhmedThahir in #100
