Add support for social media link previews

Considering one of the advantages of PWA's over native apps is the ability to get the full app experience simply by following a link, adding link preview support should make sense?

As link preview support leads to more site visitors in general, the community would gain from it as well.

We'd need server rendering / prerendering for that. I'd like to port this project over to preact-cli, which would let us do that.
