ApiMetricsMiddleware is not initialized if forRootAsync is used

to be more specific ignoreRoutes param is not being used (as ApiMetricsMiddleware is not initialized) as configure method is not being called in OpenTelemetryCoreModule

I also noticed this. The configure method is not called anywhere in the project
