Add support for attributes on EHR

These belong to EHR_STATUS:

  • isModifiable
  • isQueryable
  • otherDetails: ITEM_STRUCTURE

There is the idea of having EHR template configuration area, with all the templates that can be used for EHR_STATUS.other_details, then when an EHR is created from the GUI, one of those could be selected. We can have also an endpoint to query the templates available. Those will be ITEM_STRUCTURE templates.
