Postman VS Code requests hang after restarting Extension Host

Describe the Issue

I only recently discovered the Postman VS Code extension, and I really enjoy the experience of using an in-editor REST client!

One issue that I've run into: if the VS Code Extension Host is restarted while a Postman request tab is open, sending a new request from that tab will just hang indefinitely. It cannot even be canceled.

This situation is also triggered by accepting an update to another completely unrelated extension in VS Code (which is how I first ran into it), as that restarts the Extension Host.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a request tab that works; confirm by Sending request
2. Run Command (Cmd+Shift+P): Developer: Restart Extension Host
3. Send request again ... observe the hang and inability to Cancel
