Postman not sending requests

Describe the Issue

Postman is not sending any http requests. I have tried restarting the extension and even uninstalling it but no progress. The left pallet has a consistent "Unable to load items. Retry".

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Postman VS code extension
2. Send a http GET request
