Allow changing order of Saved Messages when testing WebSocket

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When testing WebSocket, a series of message need to be sent in a particular order. While WebSocket messages can be saved, but they cannot be ordered after they are saved.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow drag and drop to sort saved messages

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add "Move up" and "Move down" options to the message menu.
