GRPC Service Unavailable Issue

Is there an existing issue for this?

• [X] I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

Even my service is Up and running example on localhost:8080 and i try to hit the it on postman, i will say unavailable, even after multiple hits we get unavailable issue, and randomly it starts working, even after service restart we face the same issue, and again randomly it starts working.

Steps To Reproduce

start a GRPC service and try hitting the endpoint it says 14 unavailable
