Menu Items not showing

When I start the Postman menu items are not showing. See the attached image. This happened couple of time.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the App
2. Menu Items are not showing up.
3. Main and menu items as well

@iamimran Thank you for reporting the issue. We are currently attempting to recreate the same state at our end. Could you assist us in identifying the problem by providing the application log? Please follow the instructions provided at https://support.postman.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298633-How-to-get-logs-from-the-Postman-Desktop-app.

Also, could you let us know what happens when you restart the Postman App? Does the issue with the menu being invisible persist every time, or do they occasionally become visible?

So when I first opened the postman, menu items were not visible so I restarted the app and all menu items showed up. After that I checked for updates and there was one so I updated the app which asked me to restart the app. When I restarted the app, again menu items were not visible so I had to restart the app and it worked. So this happened occasionally.

@diptarag @jellevandevelde FYI, I am still facing this issue after receiving couple of Postman updates.

We are still trying to reproduce the issue on our end. Can you please provide some additional information?

1. Does the same set of menus disappear every time?
2. What happens when you open a new Postman window (Cmd + Shift + N)?
3. Does the issue get fixed with every app relaunch, or the erroneous state persists a few times?

1. Yes, same set of menus disappear every time
2. Menu items did not show up even when I open a new Postman window.
3. Following menu options disappear

• Check for updates, Disable Hardware Acceleration, Preferences on Postman
  

• All options of File (including File itself)
  

• Undo, Redo, Paste match style and delete options on Edit (including Edit itself)
  

• All items after Toggle Full Screen on View option (including View itself)
  

4. Sometimes it gets fixed and sometime not. Hope that helps.
