Creating new environment leads to "Environment not found"

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the Issue

When creating a new environment in my shared workspace I'm unable to edit or select the environment. Instead, I'm met with the following page (see screenshots).

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the "Environments" page
  2. Click "Create new environment"
