Creating new environment leads to "Environment not found"

- [X] I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed
Describe the Issue
When creating a new environment in my shared workspace I'm unable to edit or select the environment. Instead, I'm met with the following page (see screenshots).
Steps To Reproduce
- Open the "Environments" page
- Click "Create new environment"
