Add the option to keep the "Documentation" side bar open when viewing requests

Currently you have to click on the documentation icon in the side bar to open and view the documentation whenever you open a request.

Add the option to have the documentation side bar open by default.

Very annoying and anti-UX, especially for the API consumers. It should also stay open on saved responses.
