I can't install correctly

I can see that people that have got this up and running before are having no problems but if you follow the installation instructions as written it doesn't install as seen in fuyun-yipian's screen grab. I am also getting No such file or directory: "install" I'm on an Ubuntu 16.04 VPS in Singapore with AWS cli already installed.
