Try also lower the resolution. This worked for me when i lowered it to 256x144 on my OLED65B19LA.

Same here on redmine 5.0.5. Plugin installed correctly redmine/apache restarted and plugin shows up under settings -> plugins. Sadly, there is no "Impersonate" button on the profile or edit page....
