[22.04] Screen recorder doesn't capture mouse cursor

The built-in screenshot/screencast tool has an option for whether or not to include the mouse cursor. That option works for screenshots, but screencasts (videos) don't capture the cursor even when the option is enabled.

After upgrading to 22 I also have this issue. I've also used Peek and that is failing to capture the cursor as well.
