Just tested the new Startup Applications page, and it works great. A feature that was possible back in the FVWM2 days (like 20 years ago) but since got lost was to open the application in a specific screen/workspace. So that would be really nice, to have an option for each application to select screen and workspace to open the application to.

@snaggen i did look into this a bit ago (for something unrelated) but i'm not sure if there is a way for a user to define which monitor / workspace an application should open in (i skimmed cosmic-comp and epoch for issues for that but don't see any atm - might be a good candidate to open something there?)

btw i think this issue can be closed since autostart support now exists both in cosmic-session (when built with the autostart feature) and cosmic-settings :D
