Automatic switch between light and dark mode is not working
The theme never switches automatically for me, neither from dark to light nor from light to dark.
Could you add a few more details here? What Distro are you running? Which version of the cosmic-packages (ideally commit ids)?
I'm on pop!_os, and I updated my cosmic packages a few hours ago. Is the following what you need?

Me too, also on pop, but i use pl locale. I'm not sure if it's related or not.

This is still not working for me in the latest commit at this moment. It would've been better if we could set custom time to automatically switch between light & dark mode.
I had the same problem, that happens only on NVIDIA Systems. A work around could be found here: https://github.com/catppuccin/gtk/issues/147
I use the fix with the using this Gnome-Extension: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/19/user-themes/
worked for me
@bitFiedler This repo is for cosmic de, which isnt based on gnome. Ig there's no way to fix this here
For me it switches when the laptop is active on the time around the dark or light mode switch should happen, in that time if my laptop lid is closed and i open it it will stay to the current dark or light mode
In my case, it fails to switch between light and dark modes or it switches them at the wrong time after the system resumes from a long suspend. Edit: I opened a new issue to clearly describe the bug https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-epoch/issues/2476.
