Battery icon in top panel is hard to see with current fill color

Describe the bug The top panel battery icon fill color makes it very hard to make out the % remaining.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Using a laptop, observe the panel battery icon as the % remaining goes down.
  2. Note that the % remaining in the icon is hard to see. The other icon in the dialog itself is a bit larger and has a different background so it is easier to see. Changing the fill color for both icons to white would make it much easier to view.

Expected behavior The icon should show the battery percentage remaining in a more obvious way, perhaps with a white fill. Ideally, we would also have an option to show the percentage but this has already been asked for.

As far as I can see, the battery icon appears to be about 1/3 full. What's the issue?

My mistake. The icon in the dialog is easier to see. The one in the top panel itself is very hard to make out with the choice of fill color. Will update issue to reflect this.
