Clock doesn't update until next minute after laptop resumed from suspend

I think the behaviour is putting the laptop into suspend, by closing the lid, opening the laptop, the clock on the login screen is correct, but the clock in the panel doesn't appear to update until the next minute has elapsed.

Some further armchair analysis, cosmic-greeter doesn't exhibit this issue.

I guess it need to listen to a ext_idle_notification_v1::Event::Resumed event, and update the time.
