Cant get Sidecar to work os11.0 Big Sur

First, how do I backup /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SidecarCore.framework

I have done everything but still can't get it to work. I ran sudo swift and dragging the main.swift file into the terminal then proceeding with password

It appears as if BigSur has moved the location of the exact framework. Been searching trying to find it to no avail.
