`Set Session Key` functionality missing in `Accounts` page

Description

While connected to Westend, Set Session Key functionality does not exist under the Network > Staking > Accounts page. Is this expected? I can see the call available under Developer > Extrinsics > Session> SetKeys call.

The option is enabled when the stash account is not nominating, which is the intended behavior I believe. I tested this on Paseo, and it seems fine.
