Feature Request: Order accounts by balances on Brave

A small UX improvement that might go a long way in saving time for people is to order (potentially even by default) the accounts in the "Accounts->Accounts" tab by balance (starting with highest). That would automatically move all the empty accounts that often come to existence by using Polkadot widely and on different chains to the end and lets you immediately focus on the ones that you probably want to use.

@ryanleecode this is not how it looks like for me. See attached, I only have a field to filter by name.

Edit: I actually tried it with another browser (chrome) and it showed there. So it could be a problem related to Brave? I am using the newest version, v1.68.134 (Jul 31, 2024).

I'll leave this open so it is available for someone to tackle if they want to give Brave support for this - I don't think its going to be on or immediate queue though.

I found something that might help with fixing this: Putting the zoom level on the page to 90% will make the box appear.
