SFML is not found on github actions on windows

Examples cannot find SFML although required version is installed via vcpkg

I tried some time ago to use it differently (e.g. as they point it out in the usage: https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/blob/master/ports/sfml/usage) and I failed. There must be some trickery involved ;)
