hub package becomes outdated

since GitHub CLI is now officially released (https://github.blog/2020-09-17-github-cli-1-0-is-now-available/), the hub package will not be maintained (at least this is the current status).

We should most likely stop using hub (it's not available on Fedora Rawhide anymore) and switch to gh command - https://github.com/cli/cli

This should be fixed in all our repositories.

It seems Fedora 34 contains hub package after all (ref. #1073)... so perhaps it became just now an "ultra-low" priority.
