How do I toggle with the `Ctrl` key? The SFTerm project is strangely associated with Salesforce, which is very offputting. There appear to be built-in commands for it.

Examples speak volumes. Having to read through [all this](https://github.com/machakann/vim-sandwich/blob/master/doc/operator-sandwich.txt) to figure out how to do a few simple things is not what many are willing to do.

This bug has been open for a while. This seems like an easy fix.

I don't feel we should use JUJU_REPOSITORY. It used to designate a directory for local charms but this has been deprecated since 2.0 afaict. It can still be used as...

@joedborg CHARM_BUILD_DIR has an effect on the system whereas JUJU_WORK_DIR is benign.
