Add configurable IP & DNS Lookup Provider

Hi,

I wanted to use a different IP lookup provider instead of bgp.he.net, so I added support for configurable IP and DNS providers. Users can now select their preferred provider from a list in the options tab. Currently added providers:

IP Lookup:

  • https://bgp.he.net/
  • https://ipinfo.io/
  • https://info.addr.tools/

DNS Lookup:

  • https://bgp.he.net/
  • https://info.addr.tools/
