Auto enable all outputs/inputs or save settings (FR)

Hi!

When swapping between audio devices (for example from macbook speaker output to my interface), I have to click "enable" every time for all the inputs and outputs.

Would it be possible (and desirable maybe) that all the inputs and outputs are enabled by default? I personally don't directly see a reason why the should be disabled, since if I want to use them I just add a [dac~] or [adc~] with the correct number, and if not this object is not in my patch.

If this is not desirable, then is it possible to save the enable settings per device? So that when I swap between devices I keeps my previous setting I had for that device?

I'm using the latest nightly v0.9.2 on MacOS 12.6
