Link to Humane Code series

https://github.com/ploeh/ChurchEncoding/commit/5d84baf8fb40c565337578f44c5d6bc3e3c56fe4 and related commits may be a lot easier to understand (at least for some readers) after watching episode 5 of Humane Code series. So, it might be beneficial to add a link somewhere (e.g. in the README).

IIRC, there aren't other, similar, articles out there approaching Monads from a practical point of view―in such a great and fluent way―. What's out there already, focuses mostly on the mathematical point of view.

In episode 5 of Humane Code series, it's easy to grasp the notion of Monads around ~35' if you have gone through the previous episode(s). Putting this into articles might be harder, but of (high, IMO) interest.
