[Feature Request] Filter stories by domain or title

As suggested in https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28687147, I'd love a way to configure domains from which I never want to see any stories. Bonus points if I could also filter by title keywords/regexes.

Some HN users can't get enough politics, and upvote off-topic stories from known ragebait sites or with certain politicians' names in the story title. Other HN users (such as myself) don't appreciate those stories and are OK with missing the occasional on-topic post if it means we never have to see the off-topic ones.

Bump. Having category lists would help too. Think: one category could be a list of paywall sites.
