[Feature Request] Distinguish Subtitles Regions

Description:

Some subtitles have multiple regions (European Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, European Spanish, Spanish Latin America ...), currently there's no way to distinguish with subtitle is, only show Portuguese, Spanish, French.
Other Plex apps (Web, Android) already have this feature.
