STM32F446xxx FSMC support

Please add STm32F446xx too all necessary libraries for FSMC support.

Currently the SRAM Hal library cannot be resolved. Which leads to an error during build in marlin.

I found out that this controller is not listed in all libraries.

There is also a alot of other stuff which cannot be resolved due to the STM32F446xxx controller
