Add more translatable content

I would like to be able to..

Is it possible to make the month and Swagger Docs and Plan Error Logs translatable? And some inconspicuous content.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Can be better language localized.

• Month is probably translatable
• Swagger Docs are not translatable since they don't use the translation system, instead the descriptions are hardcoded in the .java files.
• Plan Error Logs page title could be made translatable, but the error logs themselves not, because I need the file to be in English to understand them
• Calendar translations are going to be sorted out once I rewrite the calendar data endpoint to be language agnostic
