High Contrast mode

I would like to be able to..

It would be awesome to see another option in the themes menu that enabled high contrast mode, this will make the webpage a lot darker while also being pretty readable.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Although i personally dont have any issues with the current color theme, i believe that a high contrast mode will make things a lot easier to the eyes aswell as make the interface a lot easier to use!

Attaching your example to this so I don't forget what you had in mind :)

I feel like it'd be cool to get rid of the theme.yml and do all the modification in the frontend. Then there could be a theme preset selection with "Share theme" option to create some community made themes.

It's going to need some sort of user preferences storage to be able to set that sort of thing up.
