UUID instead of nickname in Litebans extension

Describe the issue

(I believe that this is a bug, if not, please tell me how to fix it) In "Litebans" tab on the Plan page, users who got muted/banned/kicked etc. are displayed as UUID, not nickname. image

The player names in this table come from the Plan database - if Plan doesn't have the name on record it'll show the UUID instead.

Since this seems to be reported relatively often I'll see if I can do something about it.
