Update/Remove OS Versions in "Select Stemcell"

The default stemcell we suggest is a GCP stemcell for Ubuntu Trusty (cflinuxfs2). That is being deprecated (as of PAS 2.5) in favor of Ubuntu Xenial, and it would be great if the story reflected that. Thanks!
