CI: Bump MicroPython and pimoroni-pico to v1.22.1.

Should include a fix for the unsecured WiFi network issue - https://github.com/micropython/micropython/issues/9016

... any chance of rolling a 1.22.x-based build for Badger? e.g. ahead of EMF... 😬

Probably not a proper release, since I think we're now too close to v1.23 (maybe? 👀). These test builds- available from the GitHub actions artifacts - should work just fine though.
