Do you also build VectorAudio yourself and have had to give your own dev build permissions ? I also have this issue in development but don't think it would happen...
Does AFV native not crash in the same scenario?
When you try to connect, is the callsign that appears on the UI your SUP callsign or your pilot callsign?

Have you tried a right click on the field? Are you using the uk_stand tag item?
Will have a look, I have a suspicion but that should have been already fixed. Has this been happening only since the latest version?
Could one of you try to replace your AFV dlls in the VectorAudio exe folder (if you are on windows), with the latest version and see if that still occurs?...
