input type=file styled differently than other input elements / buttons

Describe the issue

Current Behavior

The button styling for the "Browse"-button as part of the input type=file-element - especially its height - is inconsistent with the style of other input type-elements.

Expected Behavior

The styling of the input type=file element being aligned with other input types.
