Branches filter is included unapproved or denied revisions

Noticed that while viewing Styles while using the 3.3.x branch filter I was getting styles that aren't 3.3 and realized it's because they have a 3.3 revision that was denied. Filter should only include approved versions. This might also be the case with other contribution types.
